Current- Lead the International SPA Association's membership, marketing and research efforts through the development of member benefits, marketing campaigns and global research initiatives. ISPA serves more than 4,000 members.
- Serve as the chief marketing executive for ISPA. Create and lead the implementation of digital and print marketing efforts. This includes developing the architecture of automated campaigns within a CRM software, two.
- Manage ISPA’s social media presence including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. Led the launch of each of those respective accounts.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals and nurture a partnership with a third-party design team to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive, effective and meet the overall brand strategy.
- Create media messaging and marketing content driven by research and current industry trends. Conduct multi-variable testing to evaluate email effectiveness and engagement.
- Lead ISPA’s spa industry and consumer research efforts including the creation of more than 100 different survey instruments and research reports.
