ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Maintain teammate and retiree HR files by scanning, imaging and verifying all documents are properly uploaded to electronic data imaging system.2. Perform administrative support and general office duties that may include scheduling meetings, requisitioning supplies, submitting IT requests, and mail distribution as well as maintain office equipment.3. Support on-boarding of new teammates within the Truist Strcture.4. Efficiently execute daily time-sensitive tasks and requests in addition to maintaining ongoing projects and processes in a timely and proficient manner. 5. Handle highly sensitive data and ensures confidentiality of material, correspondence and data.6.
