As a Line Lead at CPF, I do my best to learn every piece of detail there is around the plant so that I can do THE best there is in leading a line. I participate in 5S groups, Lean Six Sigma groups, and anything else I can sink my brain into! I really enjoy learning everything I do on a daily basis and have great leaders to follow! I hope to put my school knowledge into my work knowledge and take the only route I see myself satisfied with... SUCCESS!!!

As a machine operator at CPF, I did my best to learn the specifics of each machine I was placed at. Spending most of my first two years with CPF in a filler room or on a labeler, I learned a lot of how each machine operates as well as how to work with people on a daily basis.
