Develop and monitor collective impact projects (10M+) in Hong Kong in helping ethnic minorities children to improve their Chinese proficiency in kindergartens. Advocate for policies to empower women economically and raise awareness of local and international inequality issues through policy papers and researches.

I joined the Macao Economic Services External Relations Department in 2010 and was posted to Geneva, Switzerland in 2011. After the four-year posting, I returned to Macao Economic Services and worked in the Regional Economic Department in 2015. I covered a wide range of work including performing research and economic analysis; drafting speeches, proposals and papers; providing secretarial support for high-level meetings with the Central People’s Government; and organising information sessions on Mainland/Macao CEPA.

Geneva Area, Switzerland

As Macao’s Assistant Representative to the WTO, I worked closely with diplomats and Secretariat staff from more than 160 member economies on a daily basis. I developed expertise in Trade Facilitation, Trade in Services, Trade and Development and Trade in Goods.My Geneva posting was a very satisfying and rewarding experience. Working in an international setting for my little native Macao was in no way a small challenge, but I enjoyed every moment of it. I was glad that I could do something meaningful for society – safeguarding Macao’s interests and raising its international profile.

Macao

As a marketing executive, my duties included organising large-scale promotional events for the shopping mall, coordinating promotional activities with retailers, liaising with in-house teams and advertising agencies, and reviewed the performance of the retailers to tailor-made promotions for them. One of the biggest project was the Asia's First Billion Dollar Brand Sale that attracted over 100,000 visitors to the event.

Macao

As a management trainee, I had rotated to two departments (both back and front offices) and taken up different positions including managerial position in the company during the two-year programme. I gained experience and developed extensive skill sets in retail operations and marketing. Before the completion of the programme, I received an offer from Mall Marketing Department and was promoted to Marketing Executive.
