Supervise over 15 civilian members of service on a daily basis. Ensure all duties are performed to the standards of the police department. Schedule police officers, courts, trainings, vacations, and overtime assignments. Use several computer operating systems such as; work, excel. CPR, and NYPD applications. Administer bi-weekly meetings. Order supplies for the officer. Training newly appointed PAA's. Fill in all offices that fall short due to lack of staff. Answer the phones and address many questions from the public on all levels.
