Medical Assistant
- Room patients and provide quality care throughout the duration of their office visit.
- Assist physician with surgical and cosmetic procedures, assist front desk and allergy nurse when needed.
- Update patients’ medical charts and complete detailed notes for each office visit including examination, assessment, plan, and procedure (if relevant).
- Triage patient phone calls and coordinate messages to and from the physicians in a timely manner.
- Work as a team with 5 other medical assistants and nurses to complete tasks including assisting with prior authorizations, calling back patient pathology reports, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a clean lab.
