Nestlé Purina North America, the leading pet food company in the US, is where I apply my data analysis and optimization skills as a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist. I have been working on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our production processes and ensuring the highest quality standards for our pet food products.I have over a decade of experience in the manufacturing sector, with roles ranging from training lead to production data coordinator to manufacturing operator. In these roles, I have developed and demonstrated competencies in team motivation, team building, data entry, and data-driven decision making. I am also passionate about leadership and arts, and I have founded and served on several nonprofit boards that promote arts and education in the Flagstaff area. I have also planned and coordinated large-scale events that showcase the talents and diversity of our community. I am near completion of my Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management at Grand Canyon University, to further enhance my knowledge and skills in effective leadership and organizational management. My mission is to contribute to Nestlé Purina's vision of enriching the lives of pets and the people who love them.
