I am a SafeStart Certified Trainer, which enables me to teach and coach others on how to prevent and reduce injuries and incidents in the workplace. I am also passionate about making processes better, faster, and more efficient, using my analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and eliminate waste and errors.In addition to my current role, I have also gained valuable experience as a delivery driver at EatStreet and an ATS residential assembler at Kohler Co. in the past two years.
