Responsibilities:- Issuing sales invoices - Ensuring timely collection of client payments and following up of any outstanding invoices- Verifying purchase invoices and processing payments- Managing petty cash and reimbursements- Recording transactions and journal entries through XERO and MYOB- Maintaining general ledger and performing reconciliations- Processing intercompany transactions- Calculating commission and processing rebates- Reconciling commission statements- Completing bank accounts and credit cards reconciliations- Researching and resolving discrepancies- Balance Sheet reconciliations- Preparing of various financial reports and analysis- Completing of month end and year end process- Liaising with external accountant in completing IAS and BAS, tax return and ensuring accuracy and timely lodgement- Liaising with external auditors in completing Annual Audit lodgement- Managing payroll and ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and awards- General office administration including client processes and client service- Ad-hoc duties
