I have worked in many roles in the small loan industry since 1991. in my current role as a District Supervisor, I oversee 12 branches in SC. My job duties consist of visiting each branch to ensure all employees are adhering to company policy, giving the best customer service and producing a satisfactory profit for the company. The most satisfying part of my current position is seeing my employees develope, grow in their position, advance and be successful. I am also responsible for hiring, teaching, and training new employees in my district. I have also worked with our home office team in planning, developing, and improving processes.
