Responsibilities encompass developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Lead efforts to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, promoting employee engagement and retention. Additionally, spearhead compliance initiatives, staying abreast of relevant laws and regulations, conducting audits, and providing guidance to mitigate risks. Collaborates with senior management to address HR and compliance challenges proactively, ultimately contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the organization.I have a strong educational background in business administration and human resources management. I have also acquired multiple skills in employee benefits, HR compliance, payroll, and accounting.
