Crystal is currently the Senior Director of Curriculum and Instruction at the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities and has over 20 years of experience in the area of curriculum design and programming, providing leadership in both in school and non-profit settings. In addition to this experience, a temporary, 3 year relocation to Central Switzerland in 2008 provided Crystal the opportunity to teach at the International School of Lucerne and Zug, as well as serve as Headmaster for the (PreK-3) Beehive International School, located in Waterswil, Switzerland.Crystal lives in Saint Paul with her husband, 20 year old daughter, and 13 year old son. She holds a Masters of Education in English with an emphasis on Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Minnesota, and Bachelors of Science degrees in Secondary Education English from Saint Cloud State University.
