I was a case manager of 22 chronically homeless individuals in a community of 297 residents. On top of working with the individuals on my case load I also was a resource to all the residents in the building. Was the senior employee working with homeless families in a shelter setting. Addressed their immediate needs and promoted self-sufficiency.
