Estimates are exported over from CCC to ProfitNet and a repair order is created. Once the repair order is assigned to a technician the repair process begins. The customer is then updated on the different stages of their repair, and all notes are made in ProfitNet. If any supplements are needed, the insurance company and customer is then contacted and supplements are processed. When the vehicle is completed, it then is inspected for workmanship then cleaned. Customer is contacted and vehicle is inspected. Any payments are processed and customers are presented with a final delivery of their car.
