Elder Care Choices is an employee benefit program, providing assistance to those with caregiver concerns, Medicare questions and other long-term care needs. We provide telephone and face-to-face consultation to employees who are seniors and/or caregivers with options for aging resources locally or anywhere in the United States.- Utilize customer service, organizational, communication, listening and computer skills- Attend trainings to increase knowledge of community resources. - State Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) certified.

Provide instruction for classes under the Healthcare Management and Administration Program
