Crystal serves as a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1993 and the CEO of the Bellevue location and the Grant County Location. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), also a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI) plus a Certified Distressed Residential Specialist.With nearly 30 years of experience, Crystal’s extensive background as a real estate broker, she personally excels at providing an experiences source of education & empowering her clients to making educated decisions on what is best for their needs. Specializing in Bellevue/East side/Seattle area for over the past 18 years in personal sales she also co-owned and managed the office with over 50+ Experienced Brokers. Originally, from the Midwest, Crystal was among the top 10% in her market and opened an Realty Executives Office. She then sold her shares & moved to the great Pacific Northwest to partner with Ken Bell in the Realty Executives Bellevue Office. Together with their new partner, Tom Perry, ambitious as they are, opened the office in Moses Lake. in 2013.
