As an Operations Manager at A&M Tax, I support practice growth by engaging with employees and leadership to identify innovative and streamlined processes, tools, and resources while ensuring stakeholders are engaged, informed, and supported along the way. I am a University of Florida alumnus who graduated in May 2018 with a Masters in Accounting and a concentration in Taxation. Previously, I was in a client-facing role at A&M and Deloitte where I served a wide array of clients including partnerships, pass through entities, individuals, and corporations. In addition, I had the pleasure of volunteering at Camp Boggy Creek, a member of SeriousFun Children's Network who creates opportunities for children with chronic illnesses to reach beyond illness and discover joy, confidence and a new world of possibilities, always free of charge. Through these experiences, I have gained valuable skills in leadership, organization, and communication. I also love learning about arts and traveling. My experience abroad has helped me develop problem-solving skills necessary when navigating a foreign country. As a result of my scholastic endeavors in art, travel, and accounting, I bring multiple dimensions and experiences to any work space. Although I possess the strict logic and organizational skills necessary of an accountant, my background in visual arts help me “think outside the box.” Colleagues know me as a highly organized and collaborative team-player who can always be trusted to get work done. I can do work alone, but I am at my best collaborating with others.
