Responsible to create and monitor the fleet performance, making sure that the fleet remains safe and airworthy at any time.Ensure decisions are made in a safe manner and in line with the regulatory requirements.Manage and assure development of dedicated MOC engineers and planners in line with the defined and agreed Key Performance Indicators.Provide oversight of the investigation and resolution of recurring defects with input from support departments including reliability and technical services.Report weekly management the AOG/OOS altogether with their analysis and their preventive action proposal to mitigate future disruption.Participate to improve processes in line with the regulatory requirements, CAME, Maintenance Control Procedures Manual and OMM company policy.Supervision and liaison with Maintenance Operations Control, Maintenance Planning and AOG Desk on daily basis to streamline line maintenance flow and make sure defect rectifications are taking place before their expiry.

Provide immediate real time expert advice and guidance to Wizz Air pilots on interpretation of the MEL dispatch and technical trouble shooting. The role is the primary interface between the maintenance department and the flight crew on a day to day basis.Ensure compliance with all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements.Monitoring all aircraft condition data to understand status of the fleet, and develop necessary actions to rectify findings and areas of non compliance.Liaise with maintenance suppliers at each base to understand and advise on technical raisings as and when they happen Ensure maintenance resource is located for all non-scheduled raisings in the most expeditious manner possible.Manage the AOG recovery process including AOG spares request initiation and follow up.Assure precise and on time communication regarding all technical related schedule disruptionsObtain approved data from aircraft (AIRTAC) and engine (IAE) manufacturer to handle repair or further operation of aircraft
