I have 9 years of experience in Project Management, and have also held roles as Product Owner, Subject Matter Expert and Mayor. Most of my experience has been with British Telecom, where I was constantly promoted due to my proactive attitude.My biggest strength is that I can easily understand and visualise complex processes. I'm mainly experienced in UI development, Data Analysis, Account Management, creating and implementing Budget Plans, Process Automation and Microsoft Excel macros. I like the right-on-time delivery approach and use several tools for planning and implementing projects.At British Telecom, I indirectly managed 60 employees around the globe, reviewing KPIs and helping sales people better achieve their goals. I trained staff in hard and soft skills, e.g. continuous improvement and agile methodologies, Microsoft Office tools, product specific training and communication techniques.As Mayor of Göd, I drove the municipality to reduce the backlog time to half, although at the same time the number of staff was reduced from 85 to 55 in 3 years. I also successfully digitised the office in 3 months, just before the pandemic. I managed to launch a new monthly newspaper, improve the quality of the municipality employees; but I also put my risk management skill in use as we had to deal with various legal obstacles, natural disasters, economic challenges, etc.
