When I married an Arkansas girl and moved from California to Northwest Arkansas in the ‘90s, I was starting over. Fast forward 20+ years, and the executive search firm we founded in 1993 is ranked by Forbes among the most successful professional search firms in the country. In Bentonville, a Fortune 1 company town, Cameron Smith & Associates has become an institution within the Walmart supplier community. Our team of recruiters has been credited with building customer teams for hundreds of Walmart supplier offices and filling thousands of high-paying jobs. When people ask what I do for a living, I keep it simple: Fortune 1,000 companies retain our firm to recruit for hard-to-fill executive positions. But our work is about more than filling jobs. We are trusted advisors who can shape a person’s life and a company’s team by finding them the best match. Our work allows us to make a difference in people’s lives and at the same time creates CSA’s culture of caring and helping others. Our business model rewards results.
