Hamilton Center is a community mental health center that operates 20+ locations throughout Indiana. I manage the operations department staff and oversee the safety and security of all our sites. My duties include budgeting, developing and administering safety and security training corporate wide, analyzing and presenting safety data, Chairperson of Safety & Security Committee as well as serving as a member of various other internal panels and committees such as Trauma Informed Care, Infection Control, Task Force 7, and the Playing Panel. My certifications include CPR/First Aid and CPI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention).

I took a common sense approach to investment solutions and helped individuals and businesses with tailored plans that were customized for their unique situations (tax issues, debt reduction, preparing for and living in retirement, and college funding). While at Edward Jones, I obtained my Series 7 (General Securities Representative) & Series 66 (Uniform Combined State Law) licenses. In addition, I added variable life/annuity and long-term care insurance qualifications to the life insurance license I had previously obtained. I also earned their Triple Crown Award for new advisors.

I provided insurance solutions for the needs of individuals and businesses. This included property & casualty, as well as life insurance product sales. I was particularly successful in aiding clients with issues that arose due to claims and pricing increases. By developing lasting relationships with claims personnel, underwriters, and marketing representatives from various companies I was able to deliver service that was optimal for all involved parties. While at Forrest Sherer, I obtained both my property/casualty & life insurance licenses as well as receiving an employee of the year award in 2007. In 2010, I successfully completed State Auto Insurance Company's prestigious Pacesetter sales training program for commercial insurance sales.
