This reduced current process delays in scheduling Preventive maintenance (PM) of the equipment on the shop floor by 2 months.o Build SQL queries to visualize metrics tracking job progress in Power BI which reduced human error by eliminating tedious data entry in excel.o Prevent future delays in PM scheduling by automating the same. Otherwise, thousands of orders must be manually checked to make sure PM is performed on time.• Help maintain the internal customers of DTE by automating tracking performance metrics associated with shops such as maintenance costs, revenue generated by shops, yearly expenditure, etc.,• Conduct weekly safety inspection of the facility per OSHA standards to prevent injuries due to unsafe work practiceso Lead corrective actions after identifying non-compliance in Li-ion battery disposal procedure in shops.
