Responsible for leading project team and managing all activities in the project life for Corporate Credit Group projects that are regulatory and compliance driven, line of business-wide and medium to high in risk, scope and complexity. Develop and revise complex project plans and budgets, work with users to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution.

Provide leadership and end to end project management support by applying effective project management methodologies and control techniques. Develop complex project plans and budgets and manage all activities in the project life cycle from Initiation to Closing, while ensuring project compliance with TPM standards. Apply knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities to meet business/technical project requirements.

Applied effective project management methodologies and control techniques for Corporate Credit Basel II Initiative while directly supporting the Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) division. Provide financial direction and leadership to technology divisions including: Production Services, Technology Security, and the Project Management Office. Promoted to advise Executive Vice President and senior leadership team on business unit budgets for Shared Services, Public Affairs & Marketing, Law & Compliance, and Strategy, Integration & Planning Division. As finance lead with dotted line reporting to Executive Vice President who reported directly to the CEO, managed related divisional expenses, led annual compensation administration process, and ensured compliance with statutory reporting requirements. Managed daily workflow of finance team of up to eight associates and partnered with business areas in achieving their business and scorecard objectives and served in a proactive advisory role.
