As a Seasoned Compliance Professional with over eight years of experience as a Company Secretary and Legal advisor, I have developed a reputation for being a dedicated and efficient professional. One of the areas that I am particularly passionate about is CSR. I have played a pivotal role in drafting and implementing the CSR policy at DEE. I also conduct CSR Committee meetings for approval of CSR budgets and proposed projects, open a separate bank account with a Schedule commercial bank to park unspent CSR funds for long-term projects, and track CSR expenditure on a regular basis.In the area of SEBI/Stock Exchange regulations, I possess sound knowledge of NSE NEAPS Portal/Listing BSE Portal and have experience in filing various documents/returns with Stock Exchange on quarterly/half-yearly/annual basis like Investor Complaints, Corporate Governance Report, Shareholding pattern, SDD Compliance Certificate, etc. Furthermore, I manage the constitution of the Board of Directors and its various Committees as per SEBI guidelines, file corporate action with the Stock Exchange, and ensure compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and SEBI (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014.Overall, I am committed to delivering quality work and meeting deadlines efficiently by making the best use of the available resources.
