I worked as a Computer Operator Senior Associate watching over and maintaining the mainframe systems. Responsibilities included scribing bridge calls, managing the tape library, working closely with other Operators and Schedulers, and entering commands into the mainframe consoles. I have been assigned to projects outside of the Command Center and have learned a lot about how different processes work together.

I was responsible for entering patient's prescriptions quickly and accurately. I worked with several different windows including Microsoft word, excel, and outlook. We had team meetings daily which allowed us to work together and communicate with each

I maintained the department, and associates within. I was responsible for the look of the department, effectiveness of the associates, as well as our teams sales. I was constantly dealing with a lot of different people. Customers, new associates, new managers I have had experience working with all sorts of people. I find this is an important experience to have as well as a skill to be able to work with many different people.I began in the pens and pencils section of our store and moved my way to electronics, where the focus is sales. I was then promoted to the Resident Technician and then promoted to my highest position of Expert which is essentially a supervisor.
