Hi! It's me, Cameron. I'm a bilingual professional working towards the healthcare industry. Customer service has always been my forte-- in every position I've ever held, my focus has been to create meaningful connections and memorable experiences with individual clients. I have a knack for customer service, serving for over a year as a Bilingual Teller at Mountain America Credit Union. In that role, I assisted members of our credit union in both English and Spanish, taking care to offer personalized financial advice and cross-selling over 100 products per quarter to improve each member's financial situation. I soon learned to perform more complex tasks including account creation, outbound phone marketing, and submitting loan applications for review. The most fulfilling of my accomplishments was saving people up to tens of thousands of dollars in interest payments by helping them consolidate and eliminate debt.I'm currently studying Health Administration at Weber State University, pursuing a minor in Spanish for the Professions and a Medical Interpreter certification.My drive to make a difference for my community extends to the future generation as well: my passion for mentoring and guiding youth led me to a stint as a Summer Camp Counselor in my church's For the Strength of Youth program, where I mentored over 150 young men and women during seven weekly sessions, teaching them valuable life skills and ensuring their safety during camp activities.As a full-time volunteer missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I traveled to the state of Georgia and later Santiago, Chile to share a message of hope through Jesus Christ and perform volunteer community service over the course of two years. For the last six months of my time in Chile, I managed the production of international visa documents and travel itineraries for our group of 150 missionaries. I also maintained and continually improved our sophisticated performance analytics tools to measure and present the effectiveness of our service.Professionally, I'm fluent in Spanish, enthusiastic about helping others achieve their goals, and I'm motivated by developing effective solutions to problems.
