During my time at OSU College of Science, I designed and led the learning and development strategies and programs in leadership, professional, career, and industry-based programs for the 7 departments and +3000 undergraduate and graduate students that comprise the College.To address systemic soft-skills gaps, the poor articulation between career goals and academic purpose (ROI), and the significant barriers to accessing professional programing, we designed and implemented the Integrated Professional Development (IPD) platform.
