The company has a custom built booking engine (PHP/MySQL) we utilize and a reporting system. I developed versions of our mobile app for both iPhone and Android, and have sailed on more than 40 charters with the company and spent more than 150 days at sea in guest/customer facing roles assisting in production of our music festivals at sea.• Integrated with both Authorize.net and Cybersource payment gateways to provide an automated billing system.• Automated the company’s concert ticketing experience by developing a ticketing module to allow guests to select their own seats in the concert venue while booking• Integrated with both Mandrill & Mailchimp to develop a series of automated emails, both marketing and transactional for things like abandoned cart, payment reminders, and more for the company.• Integrated with NCL API to create an integrated booking process for our charter events that directly booked into Norwegian’s system. • Helped create a festival scheduling tool, allowing the company to easily schedule and move shows, share public schedule with guests, assign staff to different shifts, provide schedules & cabin information to artists & hosts, and other vital functions to managing the festival which previously had been done manually.• Developed iOS and Android mobile apps using Appcelerator Titanium framework• Managed AWS (Amazon Web Services) infrastructure
