Sr. Client Account Manager
CurrentSpecialize in contingent workforce management. Payroll. U.S. and Canadian staffing and placement management. HR outsourcing Contingent labor management systems. 1099 compliance and screening. I work to ensure client satisfaction with our service and often the primary point of contact for my designated clients, fielding client inquiries and resolving customer complaints. E-Verify certified and trained on various Vendor Management Systems.Duties and Responsibilities include:• 1099 and Corp to Corp compliance screenings, on-boarding and payment• Managing statement of work, purchase order process and invoicing for Vendors.• Answering all incoming phone calls and emails from clients and employees during business hours.• Researching answers to client and employee questions regarding all aspects of payroll and labor laws• Preparing client contract revisions/additions as appropriate• Communicate appropriate account activity or issues to Sales for effective account management• Monitoring payroll reports to insure all employees are paid weekly• Preparing new employee packages electronically.• Signing up new employees, either electronically, in person or via phone/fax• Preparing and maintaining employee Personnel Files (P-files)• Researching potential terminations, notifying employees of terminations and processing necessary paperwork• Ensuring final paychecks are issued within state labor law parameters• Attend CA Labor Law Training annually and Harassment Training every two years• Ensuring all changes to rate of pay are processed promptly and correctly documented• CSM is also responsible for developing opportunities for revenue growth through relationship building
