I have been working in IT support and IT management since 1997.In 2005 I founded Mac Consultants a London based Apple Mac focused IT solutions company. This was my first business and while it was hard work, it was hugely rewarding. Working with over 300 customers, including celebrities, VIP's and FTSE 100's. One of the highlights was being selected to work with Apple to provide support for a European tour. In 2014 I sold the majority share of Mac Consultants to Pinnacle, a Telecoms business that wanted to expand into IT services. Continuing as a Director and shareholder I focused on new business and marketing activities. In 2015 I sold the remainder of my shares.In 2016 I part founded Roadmap IT, a London based MSP acting as the Managing Director. Roadmap IT are a London based MSP, focused on device management, IT security, networks, connectivity and SaaS. Specialties: IT Management, IT Policies, IT Security, New Business, Sales, Marketing
