Began career at this hotel as a line cook in 2010. Transitioned through Sous Chef before becoming Executive Sous Chef in late 2011. As Executive Sous Chef: planned and directed food preparation in 4-Diamond hotel kitchen, overseeing approximately fifteen kitchen staff. Managed monthly kitchen budget, oversaw all food orders for the hotel and restaurant, as well as the hotel's catering and banquet services. Responsible for aspects of HR, including hiring for select positions and scheduling current staff. Served as interim Executive Chef during a two-month transition period between executive staff.
