The transactions reviewed ranged in size/complexity (small ticket to large enterprise deal flows) and credit quality (single B to investment grade). Strengths include exceptional organization, portfolio credit processing, non-standard documentation negotiations, and collaborating with all levels of sales management in effort meet client needs and achieve proper risk tolerance within bank policy.

Functioned as the lead commercial underwriter for middle ticket underwriting within the SMB unit for technology and industrial printing equipment collateral. Transitioned the Canadian SMB credit process from Ontario, Canada to New Jersey, USA office.
