The Managed Services Delivery Manager oversees a number of critical functions within the Technical Services department that enable the delivery of a high-quality service to end-users, and ensure Service Support and Service Delivery processes are in place to meet business needs. The Service Delivery Manager will work as a part of the project teams to oversee the delivery of critical IT Services delivered within Spidd Africa and to her customers.Summary of roles;Drive quality and improvement of the IT Services in link with the KPI defined in the SLAs Work closely with customer IT teams to improve the quality given to our captive clients Help with the creation of Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements.Monitor, control and support Service Delivery; ensuring systems and procedures are in place and followed.Create monthly Service Delivery reports for all our affiliates.Drive Service Delivery meetings with our affiliates covering performance, service improvement, security requirements and other ITSM processes.

This is a technical role that requires expertise in Platform Architecture. The individual will be responsible for implementing highly scalable solutions on the Public Cloud and On-Premise platforms. This process includes continuous delivery, optimisation, monitoring, Infrastructure design and implementation, release management and supporting the end-to-end release process. As a member of the technical team, you will work alongside colleagues and customer teams to ensure systems reliability. To be a good fit for this position, you should have deep experience in WAN/LAN infrastructure as well as experience in compute and storage for both commercial and C2S clouds. Experience with on-premise data centre and virtual infrastructure such as VMWare or OpenStack will help you excel in this role.
