Telecom. Permit Design - Fiber network• Create and design permit DWGs for various providers’ network design. (Verizon, Zayo, L3, Cox, Verizon, Crown Castle, Teltek, Wilcon) all in various cities/counties• Use Google earth to create KMZ/KML files to show proposed path of new conduits & equipment (Lat., Long.)• Locate U/G utilities within various cities• Research Right of way, easements, and parcel data information Manage projects to coordinate with due dates• Contact & Coordinate with various city jurisdictions & local utility companies.• Splicing Diagram creation with the use of “CresentLink” ProgramMultiple State Research• Researched how to obtain Right of Way, Easement & Utility Plans/Records for Arizona, California & Las Vegas. Tasks/skills• Successfully set up company to break into the California market, (I was the only designer completing all of the work within the new market area.) Finding utility companies and contact information for existing infrastructure maps.• Learned how to use the “Crescent-Link” Program to create Splicing Diagrams for cut-ins, Hub & Ring overall Maps, Site Tracing, Overall network connectivity record management.
