Asked to present in 2022 as a subject matter expert in training and placement for remote roles for individuals with disabilities. • Implement workforce development solutions for adults with disabilities facing obstacles within employment to drive and sustain upward mobility, financial self-sufficiency, and advancement. • Serve as an advocate for individuals with disabilities including homebound employees by providing job placement assistance, equipment to work from home, and enhancing opportunities. • Function within a 100% remote training environment, individualizing training to meet client needs.• Act as the Senior Vocational Training Specialist, working with team members to analyze client learning abilities, career paths, and skills training.• Ensure clients receive accommodations including technology, equipment, and other needs. • Facilitate customized training solutions to ensure best practices and professional growth.• Perform hiring and training of interns to delegate day-to-day tasks and drive strategic operations. • Develop policies and procedures across the business for increased efficiency and workflow. • Monitor compliance with regulations and organizational standards throughout all tasks.
