From April 2017 to July 2022, I led the daily operations of Mesotech International, Inc., encompassing sales, engineering, manufacturing, customer service, and human resources. I also continued to direct the company's defense programs, nurturing a team to successfully take over daily operational responsibilities. I negotiated a $17.4MM sole-source extension to Mesotech’s USAF AN/FMQ-23 program, a testament to the entire team’s outstanding performance and solidifying Mesotech’s position as the leader in fixed base weather systems for defense. In 2020 I led the launch of our FAA certified AWOS product, generating $2MM in revenue within 18 months through key partnerships and a grassroots marketing campaign. I originated and led the development of AWOS Live, a SaaS offering that now stands as a cornerstone of Mesotech’s AWOS product line, enhancing our market differentiation. From October 2009 to April 2017, I led the execution of $20MM+ US Air Force contracts at Mesotech International, Inc., focusing on the design, production, installation, and support of automated weather observing systems across 180+ global sites. I directly oversaw critical US Air Force programs including the AN/FMQ-19, AN/FMQ-22, and AN/FMQ-23 where I managed logistics/engineering support and the deployment of next-generation technology. I led a team deploying a vital system in Afghanistan that was instrumental in Mesotech being recognized as Region IX Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year in 2014, a testament to our team's excellence and the pivotal role our technology played in supporting military operations. This period marked significant professional growth as I honed my leadership, program management, and system engineering skills including obtaining my Professional Engineer license.
