2016 January – ERP Implementation Manager and IT Manager for CEE from March 2017- Project manager in a full-scale ERP implementation migrating from an existing custom tailored ERP system into a new one: Microsoft AX Dynamics 2013. My role included along the IT Manager role:- definition and execution for the new ERP’s hardware and network requirements, leading the implementation in an outsourced hosting environment- mapping and guiding changes from the old operation model to the new one taking in account the conceptual system-wide differences- running change management workshops to anticipate risks- supporting the process-wise transition from the old system to the new one - contribution in defining new internal roles to fit in the new structures- managing external suppliers and the modifications related to the operational changes (warehouse/logistics, EDI invoicing, tax authority) - ensuring proper testing and signoff of the end-to-end processes- leading changes and adequate testing for the external and internal interfaces- defining internal security roles corresponding to the new operation - working closely with the external implementation team and their management in the definition of the change requests, contract details, support model, and project plan follow-up- facilitating corporate and BI requirements related to data warehouse operations- leading the cut-over process - risk management and mitigation plans definitions- facilitating key user and end user trainings for a smooth transition- in detail guidance in the critical areas to follow the agreed plan for the rollout- working closely with super-users, contributing to keep the team together at difficult challenges

- Project lead for factory/entity separation for the Hungarian business to follow the global business model – full company functional ant technical design for entity creation, and implementation in the ERP system including interfaced application and business continuity. - I was project manager and lead BA for the system merger and financial integration of the ERP system Axapta into JDE after the acquisition of SSL International (Scholl, Durex) - I was project manager and lead BA for the shared service and HUB operation built in CEE to fulfill distribution in markets for Ukraine, Slovenia, Croatia, Balkans, Czech R. and Slovak R. - I was project manager and lead BA for the harmonization of the Purchase-to-Pay process in entire EEU, coordination and rollout of a web-based invoice- and purchase order approval tool – this was a major integration project for 5 countries for a harmonized P2P tool- As business analyst I’m providing business support the Czech, Slovak, Croatian, Slovenian and Hungarian finance team and HR department in any IT-related queries in main focus to the corporate ERP system - J.D. Edwards.- JDE Security Officer and Change Manager for the CEU region distributing user rights in the ERP system driven by the controls of Segregation of Duties rules.- Running regular checks/reports to ensure internal financial integrities and take measures to keep the controls in place- Acting as a cross-functional person driving different departments towards a more efficient work

As a person with IT background I had to get familiar in a short time with financial concepts, terms and procedures to become a business analyst helping the countries in the region in a day-to-day basis- I was coordinating regional finance projects in Eastern Europe involving finance controllers from 7 locations. I had to ensure that regional projects are on track, synchronizing and monitoring conflicting activities in the common ERP environment. - One of the major projects was to benchmark, compare and improve the financial month-end closing and corporate reporting by visiting all the sites in the region and assisting in the month-end procedures in focus with the IT systems.- I was designing and implementing the business logic and database structure of a Gross Margin Variance Analysis model and coordinating with a 3rd party vendor the final implementation ending up in a globally used tool within the organization. - I actively helped finance people with small tools to automate time consuming manual work and sharing best practices from different sites.

I was working as software developer and project leader in different projects as IT consultant for the same customer: GE Real Estate Europe in Paris. I’ve been in direct contact with the customer being phisically present for almost a year in the GE’s office – the communcation language was English and French. - As project leader I was in charge to ensure internal quality assurance compliance, preparing and maintening project documents and metrics, task and team coordination. - I participated in the customization of the PeopleSoft’s ERP system (J.D. Edwards) for General Electric European Real Estate branch in Paris. - In a research project given the business case I’ve got maximum freedom to implement a practical solution improving the productivity of the real estate site inspection and data processing. I developed a PDA/PALM solution for site/building inspection with server synchronization – it reduced considerably the time and for data processing. - I developed/maintained a number of simple web application (ASP, SQL, DTS packages)
