- Part of the core team that drives the strategy for FSDL’s investment in Indian football- Manage the relationship with the All India Football Federation (AIFF), aligning the goals and objectives of both organizations to develop Indian football- Worked closely with the 2017 FIFA u17 Men’s World Cup local organizing committee, specially at venues which were used both for the Indian Super League and the u17 FIFA Men’s World Cup- Helped restructure the ISL from a two-month tournament to a league which complies to criteria for professional leagues set out by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC)- Worked closely with all stakeholders to create the Pathway Document for Indian Club Football and am currently a member of the committee that is responsible for implementing this plan- Worked closely with the AIFF and the ISL clubs to ensure that they adhere to the National Club Licensing Criteria set out by the AIFF- Worked closely with the stakeholders (including the government authorities) to increase the footprint of Indian football beyond the traditional football centres; hosting international football matches for the first time in Ahmedabad; hosting topflight football (Super Cup and ISL) for the first time in Odisha- Worked closely with the AIFF for the Indian Women’s League (IWL) initiative- Spearheaded the inaugural u17 Women’s Championship in Kalyani, West Bengal

- Started the club from the ground up in a city that did not have any football tradition- Reported to the Chairperson and the Board of Directors of the club and was responsible for all activities at the club- Job included creating the budget, overlooking the financial and organizational structure, in charge of all first team activities, matchdays, youth and grassroots programs, sponsorship and sales, liaising with the local government- Was responsible for hiring all technical and non-technical staff- Helped develop the football culture in Pune; the city went from never hosting a national level game, to regularly hosting I-League and Federation Cup games, hosting international friendlies and even a friendly with an English Premier League Club- Pune FC was the first and only Indian club to clear the National Club Licensing in the first season of this being introduced- Participated in the 2nd Division I-League in 2007-08 and 2008-09 after which the club got promoted to the I-League and regularly finished in the top 4- Qualified for AFC Cup in 2014 after finishing Runners-Up in the I- League

- Worked on the AIMs listing and QIP of Peninsula Land Ltd. (PLL)- Worked on evaluating proposals for development of land (this included research on which cities we should enter, demand and supply in various cities, competition tracking, etc.)- Created the MIS format for Peninsula Land Ltd.- Was the a part of the team who evaluated and installed the ERP Package- Worked on the creating the Peninsula website- Worked on the Peninsula Corporate Brochure- Worked on the organization structure of PLL, Peninsula Facility Management Services Pvt. Ltd. (PFMS) and Peninsula Realty Fund (PRF)- Worked on the Monitoring Committee Reporting. Reduced the lead time to with funds from 1 month to 7 days- Was a part of the team that worked on the SEZ application in Goa and Pune- Helped prepare the PMC Manual- Prepared the various SOPs and Manuals for PLL, PRF & PFMS - Worked on the getting PLL ISO 9001 certified- Helped reduce the Outstanding positions of PFMS

We were a 2 person team in charge of ground events held by the Channel in India. We had to conceptialise the event, help sell it and also execute events.
