I helped manage and maintain inventory for a high-end computer retail company that has over a dozen stores across Canada, and a thriving corporate sales department. First and foremost, I was responsible for helping to organize and maintain an efficient warehouse space, both at our main location and at our other retail locations. I was also in constant communication with store managers, purchasing and merchandising departments, corporate sales reps/clients, and delivery companies to help manage the logistics of getting product into our customers hands quickly and efficiently. I also assisted in the onboarding process of new employees both on-site and remotely.

Creativity and storytelling are huge passions of mine. As a freelance designer, I worked with small businesses or brands to utilize my skills to help improve their business. This often came in the form of creating unique branding, merchandise or other graphic based design work. However, a big component of my work also revolved around consulting. I was often brought in to help teams that were struggling to find focus on a project. I would be looked at to find better ways of communicating their ideas or making information more digestible. After a lot of success with a fellow designer, we decided to team up and create a small design/consulting firm that combined our interest in human-centred design and future-driven thinking.
