• Lead the design and implementation of a worldwide IT controls framework, including standardized policies and procedures. Day-to-day management of ~60 internal/consulting staff responsible for ensuring Sarbanes Oxley.
• Instrumental in the design and implementation of a new standardized controls structure (COBIT and ITIL based) for the U.S. and all international locations.
• Led annual evaluation effort for 404 attestations. Achieved compliance in first year which included a “rapid improvement” phase during corporate IPO.
• Led transition of IT control evaluation from external partners to internal audit group.
• Oversaw all aspects of planning through deployment for corporate-wide IT procedures.
