Human Resources Specialist
Current• Onboarding new hires - process new hires through iRecruit ATS system; schedule and conduct Pre-Employment appointments with new hires.• Initiate background and credential verifications on new hire candidates.• Post open positions on internal and external websites. Follow up with Program Director(s) when open positions have been filled.• Provide recruitment tracking metrics for HR/Recruitment and Executive team meetings.• Respond to general inquiries and provide routine information to employees and managers on HR matters, including employment verifications.• Provide administrative support to Benefits, Accounting, and Payroll team as needed.
