I'm a partner in the corporate/commercial team at Marque Lawyers, a boutique law firm in Sydney. Marque exists solely to disprove the theory that all lawyers are boring and over-priced. We charge for the value we provide rather than the time we spend on a task. We act primarily on a fixed fee or retainer basis and we don't count the hours.
