I engage with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, COOs and department heads of industries such as Food and Beverages, Automotive, Engineering, Industry, Distribution, Cosmetics, Pharma-Chemical or Public Services, to provide support on the path of digital transformation.KPS successfully guides companies on their digitisation journey, from strategy to core operations.My main goals in that position are:-Provide value to companies from all industries and who have the concern to evolve or replace their current ERP in order to cover different business areas: Finance, Accounting, Sales and Distribution, Logistics, Purchasing, Quality management, Customer service, HR, Project Management, Production planning, Materials management...- For companies who are already using SAP, provide them with turnkey projects, Time & Material resources and ABAP programming resources.- Implement FIORI solutions with an adaptable, simple and optimal visual at the level of change costs. Fiori is very useful to improve UX on plant maintenance, CAPEX investments management, payment / order / budget workflow management, dealer and supplier portals for sales process management, etc.-Implement tools for: planning, I+D project management and launching of new products for companies that currently have SAP.-Identificate the current problems in the use of ERP by companies: data duplication, need for integrations, manual processes, no scalability, etc.-Identificate companies in the Retail, Fashion, Wholesalers, Grocery and Consumer Products industries in need of a SAP S4 HANA implementation through the Instant Transformation KPS methodology
