Improved weekly range proficiency by delegating training facility’s daily operations and maintenance. Reduced training cycle by 400+ hours annually through streamlined revisions of daily operations and procedures. Managed $3.8M of firearms range training inventory through distribution and accountability via Excel spreadsheets. Assisted in professional/personal development of small unit leaders by counseling and mentoring 51 staff in career progression, lessons learned, and instructional methods via weekly training sessions. Provided staff guidance and assistance ensuring technical readiness by inspecting personnel records, training rosters, counseling jackets, school nominations and certifications. Achieved an average score of 92.56% by effectively training 915 Trainees on 2ND stage of weapons training . Improved the storage facility’s that hold all range supplies by deconstructing the sound cart and rebuilding the internal and external storage. Established a way to keep gear for training safe from weather by developing and building a facility to store gear.

Camp Lejuene

Facilitated training and employment of 3 Assault Amphibious Battalion (AABN) teams and over $1B of equipment for water/ land insertion operations in foreign countries during interoperability training and global operations. Conducted 50+ missions from ship-to-shore by mentoring 3 teams of 4 staff on daily operations and tactics essential to mission completion. Disposed of hazardous material waste from vehicle servicing by instructing vehicle maintainers on hazardous material handling compliance procedures, safety data sheets and military regulations. Increased foreign relations by instructing and cross training with 14 countries militaries on ship to shore, riot, Close Quarters Combat, First aid, and basic land operations. Improved overall effectiveness of the section by identifying all discrepancies on vehicles and ensuring repairs were made by qualified individuals before conducting field operations
