I am a student who is studying Accounting and Finance at the University of Central Oklahoma. I am also on the hockey team at UCO.I have been playing hockey competitively for 15 years now, and it has afforded me some amazing opportunities. Most notably, I got the opportunity to go up to Mason City, Iowa to play with the Mason City Toros of the NA3HL the last 2 seasons. My experiences in Mason City helped me immensely in my growth as a person as it was my first time living and being away from home for a long period of time. I have been taking college classes since my junior year of high school, including during my time in Mason City, so I hope to obtain my bachelor's degree by the spring of 2026 even though this fall semester is the first time I have been a full-time college student. After completing my bachelor's degree, I hope to continue my education and obtain a master's degree in either Accounting or Finance.In the near future, I am looking to get an internship opportunity that will allow me the opportunity to apply and enhance my knowledge and skills in a real-world accounting environment.
