Product Data Coordinator
CurrentThis position works side by side with RockShox and SRAM MTB Product Managers to make SRAM’s numerous configurations sellable to our Original Equipment Partners. Products I'm responsible include the RockShox suspension brand and SRAM mountain bike brake systems.Standard OE product offering management and execution - Yearly part number creation and product reveal with guidance from Product Management and Development team including creation of aprox. 5500 new SKUs for this model year with associated product data and management of aprox. 22500 active pricelist SKUs.Analyzing Business Intelligence data – Pull, analyze, and present findings from sales, spec count, and product data reports allowing the product management team to make better informed decisions.Product presentations – Presented new product information to multiple top level OE customers covering four separate product focuses over the course of the presentations.Product Information Communication - Facilitate product information completion, compiling information from Marketing, Product Management and Engineering teams to populate customer facing part number, documentation and fit information through SRAM's online OE customer catalog.Go To Market meeting - Report regularly to stakeholders during RockShox “Go To Market” meetings defining efforts to communicate and bring new products to marketProduct Customization Process - Manage and support execution of product customization requests working with OE Sales Account Managers, Graphic Techs, Document Control team, and OE Customers to confirm request are processed correctly. Process Improvements – Work closely with system development teams to improve and streamline processes related to product data, the customization process, part number creation, and product reveals.Event Support - Attend Ride camp and Sea Otter assisting with bike builds, adjustments, leading mountain bike rides for OE customers, and providing product information to consumers.
