Analyze workforce analysis and other reports to ensure no disparate impact or other unlawful activity is being engaged in. Work on diversity goals, plans, initiatives and areas for improvement. provide on-going data analysis and audit support for the affirmative action, employment, compensation and benefits areas. Coordinate data preparation activities in connection with OFCCP compliance audits.
