Standardized QA technicians through the use of Gage R&R tool. • Production People Planning – Created a rotation working and succession schedule to minimize overtime and placed the correct members on the right positions• Process Development and Improvement – Created a system to track and manage all non-conformances, identified the top problematic items, and reduced the cost of holds to half a million dollars over a span of 3 years. The First Pass Quality scores improved from 99.0% to 99.75% within this same span.• System Sustainability – Implemented the GFSI system and sustained the IFS audits with passing scores of 93.75% on the 1st year, 94.56% on the 2nd year, and 99.17% on the 3rd year.
