Job Title : Asset Manager/Technical SupportJob Duties:A. Manages the Asset department and its’ employees.1. Train and monitor Asset employees and other warehouse employees of daily duties and procedures.2. Assist management with training of company’s employees to R2 and ISO standards.B. Responsible for organizing and inventory all resalable electronics and computer components and devices such as desktops, laptops, servers, LCD monitors, ICs, printers, PCB, VME boards, motherboards, hard drives, and so on. 1. Recognizing, research, test, fix, and refurbish electronics, computers, and it’s components for resale. 2. Identified IC and electronic parts through the use internet for input on inventory database.3. Posting resalable items on EBay account and monitoring sales and issues daily including weekends. (see Asset Department : EBay) Maintain logs for EBay sales. Maintain logs for outgoing resale shipments.4. In charge of special projects, data capture, data destruction, and consignments. (see Asset Department: Special Projects) Create daily and monthly reports.5. Train employees to do B., B.1., B.2., B.3., and B.4.C. Involved in management meetings regarding status, improvements, and projects for the company.1. Assist with writing letters, contracts, procedures, protocols, spreadsheets, and company’s SOP.2. Assist with facility, equipments, and other repairs. D. Resale consultant for walk in customers.E. Responsible for any IT related issued throughout the facility.1. Manage and troubleshoot computer hardware and software as needed. Software and hardware includes: QuickBooks Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Words, Access, and PowerPoint BOL software Webpage, emails, and system backup Network Printers , Scanners, Desktops, tablets, mobile phones, and Laptops Malware, Anti-Virus, Remote Logins, and Cloud backup CCTV security systems with mobile access EBay and AuctivaF.
