-Managing multiple frac fleets across Central region (South & East Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma).-Coordinate with Sales Representatives, Digital Operations engineers, On-site personnels and discuss upcoming jobs requirements.-Ensure all chemical and proppant are delivered prior, during and after pad and make sure on-site operators maintain good QA/QC during operation.-Analyze data and provide customer best action during the completion process. -Providing engineering support pre/during/post-job to customer, operation and internal engineering team. -Maintain and improve company’s standard and technology-Lead the rollout and implementation of new technology.-Serve as a mentor for less experienced Operators and Engineers. Provide leadership on location.

-Calculate information for hydraulic fracturing progress, such as pressure, rate and volume.-Manage chemicals and sand inventory on location.-Analyze data and provide customer best action during the process. -Finish all documents after each hydraulic fracturing stage.

 Assisted in developing the cause-effect table of all sensors and valves within the storage tanks system. Led the investigation team to find root causes for the equipment’s failure, and also worked on researching the recovery and preventing solution for any related failure in the future. Upgraded the truck route map and signs system to help truck drivers able to navigate within the plant.
